iN-Net is preparing the next generation of N scientists and stakeholders.
iN-Net has opportunities including annual research fellowships, policy fellowships, and participation in the NICCEE summer school.
Research
Early career researchers and professionals (ECRs) will be official members of each working group. At least one member per working group will serve as an iN-Net Research Fellow on an annual rotating basis. These members will participate both in the virtual and in-person sessions.
There will be opportunities to participate informally in working group discussions as well as more structured sessions for ECRs to introduce ideas and research questions they believe the working groups should consider.
To become an iN-Net Research Fellow, applicants will need to submit a CV and one-page cover letter through the working group application form.
Policy
An advantage of including network partners focused on policy engagement and development is the opportunity for meaningful exchanges at the science-policy interface.
iN-Net Policy Fellowships will enable 2-3 N scientists to collaborate for a one-year term with iN-Net partner networks TFRN, GPNM and the UNEP NWG.
These fellows will participate in a range of activities to be determined with the partner network.
There will be an application process to become an iN-Net Policy Fellow, which will include a CV and one-page cover letter.
